Our furniture spray painting process

To deliver a process with the best result for your furniture, we carry out a carefully tailored three-step process.

The initial consultation
We will listen to your requirements before constructing a plan that will allow us to produce your desired look using the approach that suits you best. This could involve spraying on your premises with our water-based paint or within our dedicated facilities with our solvent-based paint. An honest quotation will be provided before scheduling in the coating for a date and time that suits you.

The spray painting
Before the spray painting begins, we will take the right approach to prepare your material. This could include the sanding of wooden panels or priming your furniture’s surface. Our air-assisted sprayers will be used if we are spraying on your premises, whilst specialist high-pressure low-volume sprayers will be used within our facilities.

The curing period
Depending on the coating used, the curing period for your spray painted furniture will differ. Items of furniture sprayed with water-based paints on your premises will require air drying. This should happen within 24 hours and the item will be ready for use as soon as it is fully cured and dried. Furniture sprayed with solvent-based paints within our workshop will be placed on a rack in our ventilated facilities and delivered to your property once fully cured and dried.

Why choose us for
furniture spray painting?

No matter your furniture type or the complexity of your project, our approach remains consistent. We always deliver coatings with reliability, respect, and intricate knowledge. It’s no wonder so many of our customers return to work with us again!
